Annova Technologies LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the MyShiftHub mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. Passwords are securely handled by Firebase Authentication and are not stored in plain text.
Workplace Information: Company/airline name, station code, and workgroup — used to connect you with your team.
User-Generated Content: Shift postings, messages between team members, and profile information you provide.
Device Tokens: Push notification tokens to deliver notifications to your device. These are deleted when you log out.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only visible to members within your team (pool). We use the following third-party services:
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We implement security rules to ensure users can only access data within their authorized team.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion by contacting us at support@annova.tech. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our systems.
MyShiftHub is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
